Aichlee Bushnell is an MFA candidate in poetry at Mills College in California. A native of Philadelphia, Aichlee received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2009. Now residing in Oakland, Aichlee has also lived in Salvador, Brazil. Her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Breakwater Review, Mythium, Transition, and The Penn Review. A co-editor of 580 Split at Mills, Aichlee is currently at work on a full-length collection of poetry about Sally Hemings.
Aichlee is a poet. The rest is still uncertain.
